**: Cogir is currently looking for a resident janitor in Laval for its Espace Montmorency rental building. Are you said to be a versatile person, agile with your hands with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Perform any other related tasks requested by the immediate superior or pertaining to their duties

Management:


  • Efficiently Manage the equipment inventory

Construction:


  • Be available to respond to emergencies
  • Maintain property areas and systems
  • Maintenance and cleaning of the ground and the swimming pool
  • Manage apartment renovations in accordance with the program established by general management/the general manager
  • Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
  • Supervise the maintenance of the equipment

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
  • Car required
  • Sufficient knowledge of French is required for the position
