Description

Responsibilities:


  • Operate and maintain a mini excavator and other small machinery for small backfill tasks, grading and trenching
  • Transport machines to job sites
  • Coordinate and complete home deficiencies including our scheduled home owner warranty inspections
  • Deficiency list completion at end of project (must be able to work with mínimal supervision on finishing tasks)
  • Demo work, small backframing tasks
  • Small renovation framing jobs

Skills:


  • Proficiency in using hand tools
  • Proficiency with operating small machinery including a mini excavator and small skid steer.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions. Ability to work with a laser for measuring excavation depths
  • Customer service skills for maintaining positive home owner relationships

$25.00-$35.00 per hour
