Reconciling insurance policy accounts
Addressing inquiries and complaints regarding insurance policies, claims and refund payments, vendor transactions, etc.
Maintaining records on inquiries and adjustments made.

Job Summary
Performs general insurance financial accounting activities; provides support and problem resolution for insurance policy inquiries. With extensive knowledge of the job and policies/practices, performs a wide range of advanced administrative/operational assignments.
