Junior Recruiter - Edmonton, Canada - Canadian Dewatering
Description
The Junior Recruiter will be well-versed in a number of functional competencies and play an instrumental role in shaping and achieving the assigned client group's strategy and objectives through the delivery of strategic Recruitment services and programs.
The role is measured by the ability to provide strategic guidance to Leaders in an evolving and constantly changing business environment.
The Junior Recruiter will manage the administration of full-cycle recruitment.- Coordinate recruiting efforts to attract prospective canadidates for position company wide (both skilled trades and professional positions).
- Adherence to recruitment process and policies of the Company.
- Screening, interviewing, and making recommendations for prospective employees regarding employment.
Qualifications/Skills

Minimum 1-3 years' industry experience in construction/oil and gas.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Understand employment law and confidentiality.
- Skilled in the assessment and selection of top talent.
- Must be able to work under pressure, to multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Possess strong organizational skills.
Education & Experience
- A Regeistered Professsional Recruiter (RPR) designation or HR related education is considered an asset.
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
