Billing Clerk - Bolton, Canada - Top Lift Enterprises Inc.
Description
WHAT WE REQUIRE:
- Inputting of work orders from customers.
- Responding to incoming customer inquiries and resolving issues that arise; utilizing internal management systems to log issues.
- Answering billing related questions, resolve billing issues; directing customers to appropriate avenues where required.
- Updating account information as required, followingup to ensure any issues have been resolved.
- File management (_including but not limited to regular filing_).
- Assist Parts department.
- Other duties as required.
WHAT YOU REQUIRE:
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Must be reliable.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- High School Diploma: postsecondary education in a related field would be considered an asset.
- Previous experience working in a highvolume environment would be considered an asset.
- Must have superior customer service skills.
- Must have excellent organizational, problem solving, and multitasking skills.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must have excellent computer skills.
