Your Bodily Injury Adjuster responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate third party files to determine if an action is possible under tort and Workers' Compensation law.
- Determine the status of parties under the Workers' Compensation Act.
- Investigate and assess liability and quantum on personal injury claims.
- Negotiate settlements with insurers and outside adjusters on behalf of the WCB/injured workers.
- Monitor outside counsel files and advise on vested WCB claims.
Your experience and skills:
- Postsecondary education or equivalent experience.
- Pursuit or possession of the CIP designation is required.
- Five+ years of related experience handling personal injury claims.
- Strong organizational, decision making and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills.
- A valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business use is required.

$78,409 to $92,209 per annum
