Description
Duties include

  • Outdoor maintenance during winter months (shovelling pedestrian walkways, salting, sanding)
  • Minor repairs on Electrical, Plumbing, Heating and Air conditioning systems as well as minor construction, repair and painting jobs.
  • Preventative maintenance ranging from lubrication on various equipment to filter cleaning and changing on HVAC units, ice makers, and kitchen equipment.
  • Pool maintenance which includes testing, cleaning and proper balance of chemicals used in the pool.
Must be able to work off a ladder and use various hand tools safely. Flexibility with scheduling necessary, based on occupancy demand. (willing to work weekends)


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$16.56 per hour
