Qualifications:

- general maintenance experience required.

  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall repair, carpentry skill is required
  • Multitasking proficiency
  • Must be able to regularly lift 25 kg.
  • HVAC mechanical experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of pool chemistry an asset
  • Positive and dynamic team player
  • Service oriented with mínimal supervision
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Polished and neat appearance
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
