What you will do:

  • Under the authority of the Credit Supervisor, the Accounts Receivable Coordinator will be responsible for:_
  • Collection calls on past due accounts; as assigned, maintaining customer goodwill at all time
  • Investigate all disputed invoices and correspond with Customers to question and resolve collection issues related to short payments, reconciliations, discrepancies etc.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Order desk on Customer problems and issues
  • Provide statements, invoices copies and supporting documents to customers
  • Assist, when required, with updating Customer masterdata
  • Release orders in timely fashion and investigate if required
  • Perform any related tasks by respecting Sika Canada Inc.'s quality assurance procedures

We Need Your Skills

  • Skills required:

What you will bring:

  • Diploma in Accounting, or related credit/collection experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years in credit collection role
  • Experience/knowledge analyzing financial statements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and courteous demeanor and presence
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Microsoft Office experience intermediate+ level required (i.e.
  • Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of SAP considered an asset
