Job summary
- Receiving end user calls (French & English)
- Provide first level resolutions
- Ticket creation/Categorization / Prioritization
- Ticket escalation to respective Support Group
- Incident resolution and recovery
- Service Desk, Service Desk App Support, Service Desk Asset Services, Desktop Support
- Remote
Roles & Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting skills on VPN connectivity, dial up, wireless routers
- Knowledge on active directory, domain controllers etc
- Exposure to password reset tools
- Troubleshooting experience using remote control tools
- Trouble shooting skills and experience in handling Exchange(Outlook)/Lotus Notes environment
Job Type:
Fixed term contract
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Total IT: 4 years (preferred)
- Technical support: 2 years (preferred)
Language:
- Native French (required)
Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON
