The Opportunity:
The emphasis of this job is to support Human Resources through administration, onboarding, and event planning. Must have strong interpersonal skills.
The Team:
This HR Admin roles reports to the HR Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Event and meal planning
- Project coordination
- Conducting new employee onboarding
- Administration of benefits, programs, and employee rewards
- Maintenance of personnel information
- Spreadsheet management
- Dataentry
- Providing customer service to employees
- Administrative tasks as required
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education:
High school or equivalent
Experience:
Event coordination and administrative experience an asset
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Fluent in the English language
- Highly organized
- Ability to multitask
- Detailoriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
- A professional, positive attitude and approach to work
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills an asset
