The Opportunity:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment and training of new International Talent Liaison Officers.
- Manage the performance, targets, and development of the Liaison team.
- Ensure our team effectively communicates our services and the quality of our talent database to Canadian employers.
- Develop strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our talent placement process.
- Provide guidance on navigating employment laws and practices related to hiring foreign workers in Canada.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, especially in managing recruitment teams.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English is required. Fluency in
Farsi is considered a significant asset. - Knowledgeable about Canadian employment standards and immigration laws pertaining to foreign workers.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, remote environment.

$37,564.66-$70,000.00 per year
