Description
Assistance in franchise tradeshow registration, material coordination, setup, teardown, and potential for attendance.
As directed by Sales Manager - follow up with prospective buyers and collect pertinent information from prospective buyers in order to prepare disclosure: includes ID, Equifax reports, proof of funds, articles of incorporation etc.
Preparing Disclosure Documents - input information from buyers to create the Franchise Agreements and all schedules with details specific to the deal including Vendor Take Back Financing Documents.
This includes inputting all the information on all franchise agreements, checking all disclosure schedules are correct and once cross checked with legal, then print and bind all copies (multiple copies 4-5 booklets).
Prepare all final Franchise Agreements for signing day. From the disclosure document, use these documents to create the final franchise agreements for signing day.Input dates and any updates required of the deal, printing and copying in sets of 3, sticker all documents for signing.
Call and schedule meetings for franchise sales department.Other duties as assigned.
