Responsibilities to include but not be limited to:

Coordinate transportation activities, including scheduling and dispatching drivers, to ensure timely delivery of goods
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize transportation routes and maximize efficiency
Monitor and track shipments to ensure ontime delivery and resolve any issues or delays that may arise
Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards
Job/Project quoting and customer invoicing
Oversee the procurement of transportation services and negotiate contracts with carriers Daily trip planning
Customs processing

Qualifications

Proven experience in transportation coordination or a related field
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to supervise and motivate a team of drivers
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fastpaced environment
