Clarity Eye Institute is a state-of-the-art surgical eye facility, committed to providing exceptional patient care and surgical outcomes.

As our surgical centres expand, we are seeking to fill a position for an Optometric Liaison for our Vaughan & GTA locations.

The core responsibilities and personality traits for this role include but are not limited to the following:

Ability to establish, maintain and manage relationships with our key affiliates
Must have strong sales skills and the ability to schedule appointments with affiliates in an efficient manner
Must be respectful of ODs schedules & very punctual
Responsible for supporting and updating referring doctors on surgical & refractive procedures available at our clinics
Should possess the ability to identify marketing needs and assist in the development of materials
Maximize market share of services and achieve/exceed targeted growth initiatives
Develop and maintain indepth knowledge of services offered, market and potential growth opportunities
Ability to analyze market dynamics and report to Medical Director and management team
Manage high quality affiliate relationships by scheduling and planning continuing education relating to procedures offered
Make compelling and credible sales calls to existing & potential OD Network resulting in growth & strong referral patterns
Communicate product knowledge, procedure knowledge and maintain strong interactions between the referral Network and the clinic
Extremely professional, articulate and dependable in all communications and interactions with our affiliate network
Must possess very strong people skills, be extremely organized, take pride in accomplishments, be an independent thinker and very customer service driven
Must be flexible and maintain a strong commitment to the growth and development of the business
Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive to scheduled calls
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and maitain a professional appearance at all times
