    Description
    Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll and Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital is actively seeking applicants for a Part Time, Integrated Pharmacist.

    Instruct the members of the clinical team on best practices and policies for all aspects of the medication use cycle with a focus on prescribing, administration and documentation of medication.

    Organize, direct and administer the daily activities of the service when the Pharmacy Manager is absent.

    Develop new policies and procedures to support the safe and effective utilization of medications in the hospital and develop methods to track adherence.

    Select, purchase, acquire, manufacture if necessary, distribute, and provide safe use and storage of pharmaceutical products in accordance with NAPRA standards.

    Participate in the short term and long term strategic planning of the hospitals and departments goals and objectives. Ensure Pharmacy practice is ethical, legal and professional.
    Graduate from an accredited post-secondary Pharmacy Program (i.e. Member in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) and Part A License with the OCP. Preference will be given to persons with experience of a residency in Hospital Pharmacy.
    21 per hour to $64.50 per hour)
