We are seeking a diligent and hardworking individual to join our team as a barback. The primary responsibility of a barback is to support bartenders and ensure the smooth operation of the bar. This includes stocking bars with supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in preparing ingredients and garnishes for drinks. A successful barback will be proactive, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Stocking bars with liquor, ice, glassware, and other supplies
- Cleaning and maintaining the bar area
- Assisting bartenders in preparing garnishes, fruits, and other drink ingredients
- Removing empty glasses and bottles
- Restocking inventory as needed
- Providing support to bartenders during busy hours

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Good physical stamina as the job may involve lifting and carrying heavy items
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

**Description du poste**: Nous recherchons une personne diligente et travailleuse pour rejoindre notre équipe en tant qu'aide-barman (barback). La principale responsabilité d'un aide-barman est de soutenir les barman et de veiller au bon fonctionnement du bar. Cela comprend le réapprovisionnement en fournitures, le maintien de la propreté et l'aide à la préparation des ingrédients et des garnitures pour les boissons. Un aide-barman efficace sera proactif, organisé et capable de travailler efficacement dans un environnement rapide. Une expérience préalable dans un rôle similaire ou dans l'industrie de l'hospitalité est préférable mais non obligatoire.

**Responsabilités**:

- Approvisionner les bars en alcool, glace, verrerie et autres fournitures
- Nettoyer et entretenir la zone du bar
- Aider les barman à préparer les garnitures, les fruits et autres ingrédients pour les boissons
- Retirer les verres et les bouteilles vides
- Réapprovisionner les stocks selon les besoins
- Apporter un soutien aux barman pendant les heures chargées

**Qualifications**:

- Capacité à travailler efficacement dans un environnement rapide
- Forte éthique de travail et souci du détail
- Bonne condition physique car le travail peut impliquer le levage et le transport d'objets lourds
- Excellentes compétences en travail d'équipe et en communication
