The Information and Information Technology Division of the AGCO is looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst, Operations.

Reporting to the Manager, Cybersecurity, the Cybersecurity Analyst, Operations is responsible for ensuring information security controls maintain the confidentiality, integrity and availability of AGCO's information and infrastructure.

In addition, this position will provide security expertise on control design, technical operations and processes and plays an active role in the design, development, operation and monitoring of security controls and processes.


  • Design, support and maintain AGCO's information security framework
  • Perform research and draft policies and procedures for the organization to ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements and industry best practices (e.g. PCI, ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST) in job related matters.
  • Enforce the importance of information security by assisting in the development and delivery of security awareness training and regular security awareness communications.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects or processes varying in scope and complexity with mínimal oversight
  • Recommend and contribute to the development of metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the reporting on specific security risks and overall security posture
  • Develop, implement and maintain technical and procedural security solutions
  • Lead and facilitate security risk and vulnerability assessments, including those associated with the development of new or enhanced business solutions. Review assessments and recommend and develop action plan.
  • Develop business continuity plan, disaster recovery plan, crisis communication plan, cyber incident response plan, and continuity of support plan/IT contingency plan
  • Develop, document and implement a vulnerability management program
  • Perform ongoing security risk assessments, working closely with IT and business areas. Update threat risk assessment dashboards, recommend controls, monitor status, and present findings to manager and business areas.
  • Develop, document, and implement processes to monitor critical functions on the AGCO network and systems.
  • Test and implement solution(s) to monitor security across all corporate networks, computers, and storage devices to quickly identify attacks and respond to any alerts.
  • Monitor the AGCO network and systems for suspicious activities, including providing oncall support on a rotational basis.
  • Develop, document, and implement incident response processes and procedures to support security operations.
  • Perform periodic reviews of new, existing, and exiting users, creation and disabling of user accounts and their access and report related incidents.
  • BA Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in roles with primary responsibility in information security, including LAN/WAN vulnerability assessments/remediation, security operations, Windows OS and security architecture.
  • Experience leading Cybersecurity or IT related projects from planning to implementation
  • Experience with security technologies and best practices. Experience securing servers, network devices and operating systems.
  • Handson experience with security operations and solutions (e.g. vulnerability management, security monitoring and identity management).
  • Expertise in data analysis, metric and KPI development, and preparing reports
  • Applicable certification (e.g. CISSP, CISA, SANS GIAC).
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and standards: ISO 27001, PCI, COBIT, NIST and ITIL.
  • Knowledge of penetration testing methods/frameworks, cloud computing issues, wire communication and mobile devices, encryption methods, attack vectors, incident response strategies, software development, remote access, etc.
  • Advanced organizational skills with demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet and manage multiple and conflicting deadlines and work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and client management skills; highly developed impact and influencing skills
  • Excellent research and analytical skills to participate in the review of current practices/processes, and the development of new processes, to assess impacts of changes on the organization and stakeholders
  • The landscape of information security changes rapidly the person in this position is expected to continuously keep up to date on the latest security threats/issues and strategies.
