In this role you will:


  • Liaise with Reliable Controls partners to assist dealers with coordination of partner orders
  • Issues sales returns and coordinate drop ship RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) for dealers
  • Part number creation
  • Manual Entry of purchase orders and sales orders when necessary
  • Validating Sales order information
  • Identifies complaints and escalates to supervisor to work together on continuous improvement of processes and procedures
  • Work with partners to ensure delivery times meet the objective of the company
  • Collaborate with several levels of the business to ensure clear information sharing
  • Partner with shipping/warehouse to manage & resolve order issues
  • Advocate for the customer across teams and maintain internal relationships to facilitate timely resolutions
  • Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
  • Assist customers to follow up on orders & shipment
  • Ensure the online pending order table is updated with shipping timelines and aged order notifications
  • Back up for Customer Care Coordinator including;
  • Assist Customers with order entry in eBusiness
  • Review & coordinate customs documentation and arrangements including validating commercial invoice
  • Work on the continuous improvement of processes and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

This role might be right for you if you have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar capacity
  • High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Fluency in Spanish would be considered an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to simplify complex topics in a professional and approachable manner.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as work independently/take initiative when needed
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Prior experience working for a software engineering or manufacturing company would be considered an asset
