PROFILE SUMMARY
The Marketing Specialist takes on a supporting role in the development and launch of Wesgroup's project marketing initiatives.

They are responsible for assisting the Senior Marketing Manager with the full coordination and execution of all marketing scopes, from conception to completion.

They also support ongoing marketing strategies and creative needs to meet project sales/leasing objectives through the full project lifecycle.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Assist in creating and managing marketing assets and collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Coordinate and execute various aspects of real estate marketing projects, including launch scheduling, budget management, and sales/leasing events.
  • Take ownership of smallerscale marketing projects, working independently while ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies.
  • Conduct regular visits to Wesgroup communities, maintaining brand standards in the public sphere and staying informed about the real estate market in our region.
  • Track key performance metrics, providing regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and collaborating with the senior marketing manager for insights.
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years in a project marketingrelated role, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Understanding of the importance of brand and aesthetic in marketing.
  • Strong computer skills, with high proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in effectively managing vendor relations across various marketing initiatives
  • Experience assisting with projects that require extensive crossdepartment coordination and teamwork
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle for visits to Wesgroup's sites across the Lower Mainland.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and graphic, with strong grammar and proofreading abilities.
  • Secondary language proficiency is an asset but not a requirement.

EXPECTED COMPENSATION

  • The expected salary range for this role is $69,000 $79,000 per annum. Actual offered salary will depend on individual experience, qualifications, geographic location, market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
