Description
We are looking for a customer-focused and results-driven Implementation Specialist to join our rapidly growing team.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in onboarding new clients onto Telpay's payment platform from the initial setup through to their first payments, ensuring they are set up for success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide training sessions for clients on product features and best practices.
  • Track, document, and resolve any onboarding challenges or barriers.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including Sales, Customer Care, and Product Development, to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Monitor postimplementation to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback for product enhancements.
  • Stay updated with product changes to guide clients on using new features.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase.

Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience in software implementation, software training, or a related field.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll methodologies.
