We are in expansion mode and are actively recruiting an experienced and motivated
Managing Partner to join our growing team in
Newmarket, ON.

We raise the clinical standard for support and education in the growing therapeutic fields of Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Home Oxygen Therapy.

We have developed best-in-class proprietary clinical protocols and implemented advanced respiratory therapies. We are a Canadian locally owned and operated respiratory homecare business. Our business model depends on a critical component, the local Managing Partner

Managing Partner Responsibilities:

• Expand brand awareness and relationships in your local community.
• Contribute to growth by liaising with medical professionals, provision of demonstrations and education on products and services to prospective clients and referral sources.
• Build and manage a team of patient care coordinators and healthcare professionals.
• Implement organizational goals, policies and procedures.
• Manage, monitor and review business operations, focusing on a building a sustainable business.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years' experience working in a management or leadership capacity in healthcare.
• Relationships with key community decision makers.
• Excellent organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, assess situations, prioritize tasks and set deadlines.
• Ability to selfmotivate and lead your team to success.
• Asset is a licensed healthcare professional with the ability to Initiate oxygen therapy, CPAP therapy and assess respiratory health on an ongoing basis for clinic patients.

From $75,000.00 per year

Experience:

- healthcare management: 3 years (preferred)
