Job Summary:
The Marketing and Proposal team serves as the driving force behind our Building Science Teams ability to bid on jobs and supports continued business growth.
The Proposal & Marketing Intern will assist the team in completing bids, assist with creating and updating templates and provide administrative support.
In this role, you will:
- Help with preparing project templates including project budget, letter report, and formulate bid summary spreadsheet
- Assist with formatting and editing of Project Reports and Specifications
- Assist with updating and maintaining Project Database
- Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Support the preparation of CVs & credential packages
- Administrative support duties
- Other duties as assigned
You will be a great fit if:
- Enrolled in post-secondary education in Business, Marketing or Communications
- Are looking for a 4 month face paced internship
- Are highly organized and enjoy working on a variety of project simultaneously.
Skills/abilities:
- Administrative Assistant or Office Coordinator experience, preferably in the consulting industry, an asset
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and InDesign
- Strong written communication and editing skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
- Able to work autonomously, managing multiple competing priorities in a fastpaced, changing environment

Toronto
- North York, Ontario (Victoria Park and Sheppard).
Travel:
Not required.
