    Reporting to the Senior Manager, Investments and Development, the Associate, Investments will be a key part of a top national industrial real estate acquisitions team.

    The new team member will learn in a fast-paced environment with exposure to all aspects of how industrial real estate is acquired, valued, built, and managed with a primary focus on underwriting potential acquisitions and dispositions.

    Underwrite and value properties using Argus/MS Excel to create accurate financial models for income-producing properties and development projects.

    Accurately generate supplemental materials to the financial models, such as investment summaries, maps, and presentations on a timely basis with exceptional attention to detail.

    Analyze property information such as leases, rent rolls, property budgets, surveys, historical capital projects spend, and financing.
    Assist with coordination during the due diligence process (engaging third parties, maintaining property information in an organized manner, coordinate site visits, and other ad hoc requests)
    Maintain an accurate record of investment opportunities that have been considered and/or executed on.
    Assist with the financial analysis of potential dispositions, redevelopment opportunities, and other portfolio management analysis where required.
    Relevant undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, economics, real estate, mathematics, or accounting.
    One to three years of relevant experience in real estate, finance, or investment banking (capital markets/brokerage)
    Professional proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
    Strong project management skills.
    A keen interest in the industrial asset class and enthusiasm for its future.
