Description

Position Details:

Maintain and manage inventory levels with accuracy.
Monitor KPI's and reports focusing on accuracy and integrity of inventory transactions.
Generate daily inventory reports and share with required team members (inventory levels, aging inventory, nonexisting items, missing product labels, missing products, etc.).
Investigate and escalate inventory discrepancies, adjust inventory records, determine root cause, and strive to continuously improve procedures and processes to improve quality and accuracy.
Schedule, coordinate, and perform planned cycle counts in accordance with internal expectations and customer requirements.
Coordinate control of damaged and defective products, and customer claims, ensuring any inventory changes are accounted for and properly processed to the expectations of the customer.
Work closely with operations team to control inventory flow and placement to maximize efficiency.
Create and maintain up to date inventory control procedures.
Assist in training team members on inventory SOPs, where necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

A minimum of 24 years' experience in Logistics and Transportation, preferably from a 3PL environment.
Basic WMS experience, excellent PC skills, including MS Access, Excel and Word.
Extremely organized, capable of multitasking and remaining calm in stressful circumstances.
Strong communicator with a demonstrated ability to work in a teambased environment and capable of working effectively with all levels within an organization.
Ability to do basic counting and math.
Ability to work quickly and accurately.
Ability to multitask with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong sense of personal responsibility/accountability.
