Description

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and drink orders accurately
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly
  • Upsell menu items and specials
  • Handle cash transactions and operate a POS system
  • Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and workstations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation

Experience:


  • Previous experience in food service or a restaurant setting preferred
  • Strong guest service skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
  • Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and order accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Familiarity with kitchen operations to communicate effectively with kitchen staff
  • Ability to sanitize work areas effectively
  • Wine Knowledge & knowledge of Italian cuisine is essential

From $16.55 per hour
