- Engage the SCRUM team to understand the sprint goals and prepare tests proactively.
- Create and execute manual test suites, plans and cases to validate the business and stability of new releases.
- Learn, adopt and establish standards with our Quality Assurance team.
Screening Criteria:
Education:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science from a recognized University or a Technical College diploma in Computer Science or related field.

Experience:
- Ability to review, analyze and understand features, stories, and acceptance criteria;
- Experience writing manual test suites, plans and cases from business requirements;
- Experience executing manual test cases, raising defects, and tracking it to closure;
- Experience with common QA activities such as defect management, smoke tests, regressions tests, feature tests, and similar. Experience working in an Agile environment.

- Ability to develop test suites, plans and cases using Microsoft Azure DevOps (or similar);
- Ability to understand business requirements and adapt them to test cases;
- Ability to describe, categorize, and prioritize defects;
- Familiarity with software development processes such as Agile and SCRUM;
- Ability to communicate and work effectively within a SCRUM team.

Competency Profile(s):
Relocation:
Relocation assistance will be determined in accordance with the NRC's directives.
Compensation:
From $58,632 to $75,385 per annum.
An incumbent occupying a position within the CS Group is currently entitled to receive a terminable allowance of $139 per month.
