Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for providing support to the Commercial Client Advisor and Client Executive by processing documents, invoicing premium, preparing cover letters, producing certificates of insurance, schedules, claims reporting, collecting receivables and maintaining file documentation.
Primary duties include, but not limited to, the following:
- Contributes in regular meetings with team to ensure you are up to date on all pending client issues, changing needs, implementing service plans, and other issues
- Handles issuance and sending of certificates, prerenewal, renewal, new business submissions and proposals as requested
- Helps with the maintenance of activity lists as requested (Endos, polos, account discrepancies, SOV's, etc)
- Acera Insurance (formerly CapriCMW) Leader in the client and insurance industry through professional writing, speaking and networking engagements
- Supports processes and procedures and past practices; participates in team meetings
- Advocates for changes and additions to service plans that increase value for clients

- Selfguided learner & solves problems with real solutions
- Working towards Level 2 BC Broker License
- Working knowledge of insurance document management software (EPIC) & Policy works
- Skilled user of Microsoft office
- Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
