Description
Visionpool Business Services is hiring a HYRBRID (15% onsite, 85% offsite] Scrum Master.


Description of Duties:

  • Scrum Master for 2 teams
  • Remove impediments for the Team and the Product Owner
  • Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies and related workshops
  • Reinforcing Scrum practices
  • Process Management and Improvement collaborate with other Scrum Masters and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile and Scrum Master role


  • Team Building

  • Ensuring a good working relationship between team members, promote empowerment of the team, ensuring that each team member is fully engaged in their work and in the project.

Required Experience:

  • Experience utilizing corporate objectives and priorities to ensure teams are working on the right piece of work
  • Experience analyzing and resolving a wide range of impediments that are strategic, organizational or technical in nature
  • Scrum Master certification
  • Minimum 5 years Scrum Master experience
  • Experience supporting multiple teams is an asset
