How you will create impact:
- Identifying opportunities to improve business and systems processes.
- Working with business units to identify essential needs and expectations.
- Planning and conducting user acceptance testing and authorizing that system changes are ready to be implemented.
- Providing daily support to the business units, resolving system queries, and improving workflows to create efficiencies.
- Verifying data extracts/reports to and from stakeholders.
How you will succeed:
- You have an innovative mindset to improve operational efficiencies and ability to influence change, with a primary focus on client needs.
- You use critical thinking skills to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions and proactively propose solutions.

To join our team:
- You have 57 years of experience as a business system analyst, business analyst, solutions analyst or related role.
- You have a postsecondary diploma in business administration, information technology or a related certification.
- You have a proficiency in SQL/BI or power query reporting.
- Having a Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certificate, Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate, Life Office Management Association (LOMA), or Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) is an asset.
