About the role
We're looking for an
Administrative Support I to join our growing team

Please note this is a 12-month Opportunity based out of our Mississauga office.

**This role is deemed an essential service and will require you to work from our Mississauga office on a full-time basis in person. This role offer a 35 hour work week scheduled from Monday to Friday with shifts either between 8:30AM-4:30PM or 9:00AM-5:00PM.


What you'll do here:


  • Perform various recurring administrative tasks to support the mailroom such as shipping of documents, equipment or correspondence, entering data, scanning or filing, requisitioning equipment or supplies, etc.
  • Provide support for reception by responding to incoming calls and greeting incoming visitors and notifying the appropriate person of arrival.
  • Manage correspondence and ensure the quality and accuracy of information.
  • Transcribe data from documents or databases using standardized practices.
  • Respond to a variety of facilityrelated requests.
  • Support projects or new initiatives as requested.

What you bring to the table:

  • College diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum two (2) years of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized and can work effectively under pressure in a fastpaced office
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn
  • Must be able to move or lift up to 30lbs for some mailroom tasks
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
