Why This Role is Important:
What You'll Do:
- Develop channel strategies for credit products, across digital and retail, paid and owned channels to deliver growth and customer mix while optimizing cost to acquire
- Understand channel nuances, performance, and potential to develop appropriate customer targeting strategies which incorporates the relevant offer elements
- Partner management including supporting end to end execution of acquisition strategies across different channels
- Partner with relevant teams to build appropriate forecasting and reporting tools across acquisition channels
- Develop a deep understanding of the business strategy and objectives of the credit card and deposit portfolios along with key P&L drivers
- Develop appropriate customer targeting strategies which incorporates the relevant channel and offer elements
- Develop and grow cross enterprise partnerships to increase the opportunities for acquisition
- Improve the efficiency of acquisition by lowering the cost to acquire
- Monitor performance indicators for customer acquisition and engagement. Leverage analytics to course correct and establish new proactive tactics in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Continue to enhance the acquisition experience for customer
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent work experience; MBA from a recognized institution a strong asset
- 5+ years of professional experience, preferably within the payments, credit cards, or financial services business
- Proactive, self starter who thrives in ambiguity and can navigate a matrixed organization
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills with the ability to manage relationships across all levels of the organization
- Results oriented with a proven ability to be involved in multiple projects of varying size and complexity, while prioritizing and balancing multiple tasks within a fastpaced work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication with creative ability to conceptualize and articulate new approaches and solutions
