Parkbridge Resorts is looking to train and ramp up our sales team for the upcoming 2023 season and we need you If you have ever been interested in what the Resort/RV industry is all about and want to learn how much fun it is to make people's dreams a reality, then we would like to meet you


The position:


We are looking for 3 professional, motivated, enthusiastic, customer service-oriented individual who have a natural passion for helping people achieve their dreams to join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Associate.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Sales Associate is responsible for the successful daily management of all resort tours, product presentation, maintaining a lead management system and attending all sales and training functions provided by Parkbridge.


The ability and the want to learn is an absolute must and although previous sales experience will be considered an asset, we are willing to train the right individual.

The position is a seasonal full-time commitment running from March to October and remuneration consists of a base salary + commission.


Duties Include:


  • Achieving sales targets & objectives.
  • Able to learn the product and demonstrate it.
  • Promote sales of park model cottages, decks and add on sunrooms.
  • Perform resort tours daily.
  • Follow the Parkbridge sales process and procedures to follow up on prospects and customers.
  • Complete all required paperwork for all sales including sales agreements, delivery inspections, and transfers of ownership. Attention to detail is a must.
  • Maintain detailed reports of all tours and sales daily.
  • Must be comfortable in cold calling new and existing leads.
  • Maintain ongoing contact with new and potential clients throughout the entire sales process.
  • Always promote the Resort in a positive friendly manner to guests, clients, friends and family. Must have the natural ability to teach and embrace all the advantages the resort lifestyle has to offer.
  • Take responsibility and ownership for a clean and presentable working environment, which includes office area, model homes, grounds, and display areas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and computer software savvy is an absolute must.
  • Attend Parkbridge Home and RV shows and Open Houses as required.
  • Attend mandatory weekly sales meetings with National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Sales Administrator.

Work Schedule:


As the core of our Resort business is centered around the spring and summer months the sales associate work schedule must include every weekend as this will prove to be the busiest and best opportunities to meet and greet potential clients.

A typical work week schedule will be Wednesday to Sunday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, beginning every year, March 1st to October 31st.

Please note that applicants must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal and credit background check.
