THE ROLE
At PBP, we count on our senior leadership team to solve complex business problems with creativity and passion.

We are seeking an experienced VP of Revenue to join us in this mission, with a focus on strategic planning, product development, marketing, sales, branding, and partnerships.

You will be responsible for all revenue-generating elements within the organization (including Market, Fintech and SAAS revenue), and will have ultimate accountability in aligning and building strategic, cross-functional partnerships.

Together with other members of the leadership team, you will execute a corporate strategic plan, focusing on expansion to new customer segments and partnerships, while ultimately strengthening operations.

You will be instrumental in creating future strategic plans with the goal of boosting revenue streams, increasing margin capture within the Gross Merchandise Value volume, and drive ARR subscriptions on the SAAS tools.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Partner with other members of the executive team to execute the current corporate strategic plan, and develop future plans
  • Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of PBP's revenuegenerating departments
  • Manage global sales and business operations teams that drive business growth across all customer segments and profiles, and share accountability with the marketing function for improving individual user (Maker and Buyer) experience and strategy
  • Maximize reach and efficiency by adding new, scalable partners in a strategic way
  • Build and foster creative teams committed to continuing our culture of innovation
  • Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth
  • Forecast revenue generation and the strategies required and planning accordingly
  • Manage all revenue channel development and introducing new sales channels and partners
  • Stay wellconnected with users to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into the product development and enhancement cycles
  • Monitor the sector and market, and analyze opportunities, providing competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics
  • Integrate sales and marketing, and other processes that maximizes the returns on marketing investment
  • Maintain communication and relationships across organizational functions in order to work with different teams and manage the revenue generation through those departments
  • Identify and resolve issues across the marketing/sales and account management functions
  • Participate in contract negotiations

Requirements:


  • 10+ years in diversified leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth
  • 5+ years of direct and handson experience in eCommerce, FinanceTech and/or SaaS industry
  • MBA, or equivalent advanced degree or experience
  • Strong technical experience with Sales CRMs and other commercial tools
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through product and marketplace development, marketing, branding, and stakeholder partnerships
  • Proven experience developing and executing business strategy
  • Significant general management and P&L experience
  • Ability to craft and execute a business strategy
  • History of decision making based on business metrics
  • Experienced in managing large teams across complex problems; inspirational leadership style and handson approach
  • Inquisitive and forwardthinking curious, thoughtful, happy to question the status quo, and pushes for further improvements
  • Datadriven decision making mentality, sound business judgment, and the ability to back your analysis up with meaningful analytical thinking
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and analyzing strategic investments with a track record of successfully driving aggressive growth
  • Willingness to be "on the ground" building key relationships from all sides of the marketplace
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership in a constantlychanging startup environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; skilled at working with and managing remote teams
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, with a proven track record of leadership and driving results
  • Able to experiment and iterate on your work quickly as you learn new things
  • Comfortable with managing several projects simultaneously, each with a specific scope, schedule, budget and quality level
