Project Lead Scheduler
Join a well-established construction company that provides exciting career opportunities for talented professionals Dufferin Construction is looking for a Lead Scheduler to join our dynamic and dedicated team on a major infrastructure project in Toronto, Canada.

The Lead Scheduler will play a key role in ensuring the timely and effective delivery of the project and will have the chance to work with a talented team of professionals and further develop their scheduling skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update the project schedule using Oracle Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project
- Populate schedules with resource and cost information
- Prepare progress reports and dashboards to provide project status updates
- Ensure cost/schedule integration and monitor and report on earned value management
- Analyze schedule variance and monitor schedule KPIs.
- Identify and track critical path activities
- Collaborate with project team members to identify potential schedule impacts, propose recovery options, and implement mitigation measures
- Provide schedule support to the project team during construction
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that their schedules are integrated into the overall project schedule
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of project schedules and changes
- Perform forensic schedule analysis to support claims
- Assist with other scheduling needs of other projects as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Minimum five (5)+ years of relevant experience
- PMI Certification, or equivalent education or certification demonstrating proficiency in project scheduling
- Demonstrated proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6, MS Excel and MS Project
- Excellent knowledge of Earned Value principles
- Experience related to rail, roads, bridges, or other infrastructure projects is considered an asset
- Familiarity with "Schedule Delay Analysis, Standard ANSI/ASCE/CI 6717" and "AACE International Recommended Practice 29R03 Forensic Schedule Analysis"
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Open to project assignment
