In this role you will primarily be the Executive Assistant which include the duties below:

Prepare letters, forms, and reports
Coordinating the partner's calendar and remind of up coming deadlines
Assist with coordination of projects

Other Responsibilities:

Write, prepare, edit and proofread correspondences, meeting agendas, presentations, letters, etc. as per company standards
Type various daily and monthly inspection reports and log them
Assist partners and staff with general requests
Back up for reception
Other duties as required

Requirements:

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills and ability to think creatively
Ability to work independently and be a team player
Proficient in Microsoft 365, Bluebeam, tech savvy

Pay:
$25.00-$30.00 per hour
