Who We Are

The Plumbing team performs skilled plumbing work in the maintenance, repair, and service work of gas, air, water, and wastewater disposal systems and of the interior and exterior water mains and drainage systems throughout the University. The team oversees the day-to-day plumbing operations for the SFU Burnaby Campus and Residence and Housing while providing excellent customer service and support.

About the Role

The Plumber performs skilled plumbing work in the maintenance, repair, and service work of gas, air, water, and wastewater disposal systems and of the interior and exterior water mains and drainage systems throughout the University.

Qualifications

Red Seal Plumbing certificate, Class B Gas Fitter certificate, and five years of experience in areas such as in-site service and building preventative maintenance, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Valid BC driver's license (Class 5).

Basic computer skills required.
