Sales Account Manager:
Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and engineering? Join our team as a Sales Account Manager in the thriving manufacturing industry in Winnipeg, MB.
As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving profitable growth within existing accounts, as well as expanding our customer base through proactive prospecting and relationship-building activities.
AROW Global LTD.is a leading manufacturing company comprised of window systems, driver protection systems for mass transit, off-highway cab equipment, and metal fabrication for the agricultural industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive Profitable Sales Growth:
Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within current accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Customer Acquisition:
Utilize cold calling, networking, and other effective methods to identify and secure new customers, expanding the overall customer base.
Quotation Management:
Respond to customer requests for quotations promptly and accurately, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Market Knowledge:
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Project Management:
Collaborate with internal teams to manage projects effectively and ensure customer expectations are met.
Sales and Engineering Expertise:
Leverage both sales and engineering experience to understand and articulate technical aspects of our products and services to customers.
Self-motivation: Take ownership of your work and proactively seek out opportunities for improvement and growth.
Maximize Revenue & Profitability:
Implement effective pricing strategies and identify opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability within existing accounts.
Develop Account Strategies:
Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement account strategies that align with company goals and customer needs.
Prioritizing Skills:
Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient and timely execution of sales initiatives.
Customer Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Customer Solution Provider:
Act as a solution provider when addressing customer issues or problems, collaborating with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective problem resolution.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
- Completed postsecondary education in business, engineering, or related fields is required.
- Direct or indirect experience related to engineering or manufacturing is considered an asset.
- 3 to 5 years of Direct Sales Experience. With a proven history of account management, cold calling, and revenue/sales growth is strongly desired.
- Experience with ERP software (SyteLine and IFS) is considered an asset.
- Must have proficiency using computers and programs specifically all Microsoft 365 software.
- Possession of a valid driver's license, and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Valid passport and ability to travel freely within Canada and the United States, if needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to sales and customer relationship management.
