ITSM Manager

Location:
Toronto

The ITSM Manager provides oversight and guidance for the entire team and ensures that a strategy exists to continue to grow and evolve in this very essential space.

You're great at:

Provide management oversight and serve as the leadership point of contact for ITSM and Software Asset Management team.
Champion a strong ITSM culture and establish an overarching strategy for the organization to meet its goals while balancing the level of change appetite.
Responsible for all facets of the ITSM pillar.
Drive Performance Management system tuning, monitoring and analysis.
Backup to the incident manager in the event of a major incident.
Direct all activities to ensure that the unit is operating at maximum efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Be well informed of industry trends and provide solutions to upper management to reduce the IT risk to the organization.

You have:

10+ years of experience in ITSM.
Ability to effectively use Microsoft products (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI an asset).
Bachelor's degree, Diploma or Certificate in Computer Science, Business Administration or other related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years in vendor governance and software asset management.
Proven ability to identify, understand, effectively communicate and solution new business risks and control gaps.
