Description

PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years' experience in a related field
Class A ticket is preferred
Familiarity with fuel fired boilers and all related controls an asset
Availability for on call schedule
Ability to physically lift a minimum of 35 pounds without restrictions
Possess a valid driver's license and clean drivers abstract
Some out of town work may be required
Highly motivated and able to work independently
Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership
Troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment such as burners on steam and hot water boilers
Provide preventative maintenance of company and customer equipment
Interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
Maintaining mobile inventory of service truck
Use electronic timesheet portal
Ensure availability while on call as scheduled
Adhere to company safety policies and procedures
Remain current with federal, provincial and local codes and regulations
In shop service as required
