AIM recycling is looking for a scale clerk for it's
Mont-Laurier site.

The scale clerk will be required to monitor receipts and shipments of materials through the entry and exit of trucks/trailers.

The person is responsible for weighing the equipment, issuing weighing tickets and responding adequately to customers.

Welcome clients;
Weigh the material;
Make delivery notes in the software;
Answer phone calls and redirect them as needed;
Prepare shipping papers;
Tracking of material shipments;
Perform reports.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service;
Experience in the transportation field (an asset);
Good knowledge of Excel.

Skills sought

Rigor;
Good communication;
Excellent customer service;
Good knowledge of software, computer systems;
Good at mental arithmetic.

Additional Information Daytime work schedule Monday to Friday;**
From 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.;

Full-time, permanent position.
