About the Role


You'll be working on things like:

  • Key point of contact for clients, ensuring we deliver exceptional service and results. Manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring accountabilities and expectations are clearly defined and that deliverables are met. Overseethe development of best-in-class social media strategies and executions (across paid, owned and earned) for our clients, ensuring all kpi'sare met. Leverage data to inform content creation and optimization. Drive operational efficiencies and implement best practices across the business.
About You

If You Have the Following.
We Want to Hear From You

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience managing large social audiences and driving social performance.
  • Client/serviceoriented experience working in an agency setting considered an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional thought leadership can rally several stakeholders around an idea and see it through from inception to execution.
  • Effective time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects/ teams and consistently deliver against timelines.
  • Indepth knowledge of established and emerging social platforms (and how they can be utilized to the benefit of brand and business).
  • Experience in social media planning / buying across paid, earned, and owned channels.
  • Experience in content creation, optimization and adaptation in nimble industry or space.
