You will be a key member of the management team, and your leadership skills will be key to the success of the dealership.
Previous automotive service, customer service, and management experience is required.PARTS MANAGER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are a leader. Maintain a culture that values excellent customer service, through both effective coaching and example.
- Multitasker. You have an eye for detail and can adapt as the situation arises, or assist in multiple tasks.
- Manage inventory in parts and attachments in order to effectively grow parts sales, gross and net.
- Create promotions and campaigns to drive new business to the Parts department.
- Arrange for employee training and make sure certifications are current.
- Perform employee performance reviews.
- Strong commitment to CSI. Implement and maintain policies, processes and practices that ensure customer experience is the top priority.
- Staffing and scheduling.
- Meet productivity goals.
- Maintains compliance with company and department policies, as well as health and safety programs and regulations.
- Superior communications skills in both answering technical/procedural questions and addressing issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:
- Two years managerial parts and service experience in the auto industry.
- Strong organization skills.
- Great teamwork and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- CDK/ADP Experience preferred.
- Automotive and customer service experience.
- Ability to work in fastpaced environment.
