Four Rivers Co-op is hiring a
PERMANENT, FULL-TIME AGRO CUSTOMER SERVICE CLERK at our Co-op Capital Feeds location in
Prince George, BC.

This position is 40 hours per week and must be available Saturdays


We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, and reliable individual who can consistently create a welcoming, positive and memorable experience for our members and customers.

What you'll do:

Reporting to the Department Manager you will be responsible for delivering legendary service to all guests of our Co-op feel _"at home here"_ through:

  • Demonstrating Four Rivers Co-operative's values _of Responsibility, Integrity, Service, and Excellence_
  • Assisting and helping coordinate the sale of Agricultural products, ensuring that it is done in an efficient, safe and costeffective manner while providing a consistently high level of customer service.
  • Work cooperatively with team members and team leaders throughout the whole store

Who you are:

If you are interested in crops and animals as well as passionate about customer service and you have the following qualifications:

  • Experience in a retail sales environment in the areas of customer service, Agricultural products, point of sale operation and merchandising is considered an asset
  • An understanding of feed and farm is considered an asset
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs as required
  • Adaptable, organized, efficient and committed
  • Be a team member with exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple demands
  • A commitment to quality and an eye for detail
  • You are resultsoriented and strive to be the best in what you do
  • You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
  • Positive attitude and proven ability to work with the team in a culture of sales and service

The pay scale for his position is $16.75 to $23.95 pr hour. Starting pay of applicants will be based off knowledge, skills and experience.
