ESM offers a Sheet Metal training and education apprenticeship program unique to our industry; it is company-paid

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Red Seals and Journeymen on all tasks related to the trade
Keep their working area clean and tidy
Clean the job site as necessary
Organize tools and materials as needed
Perform other duties as required
Listen and follow instructions

Education and Experience

Completion of High School
Minimum 1year sheet metal experience (is an asset)

Compensation:
$ $ % RRSP + Full benefits (company paid).

Work Conditions

ESM employees work a standard 40hour workweek, but work hours, including overtime, may vary based on business requirements from time to time
