About the Job

The impact you'll have

Strategic Impacts_
Build strong partnerships across the organization with Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders, to deliver on talent acquisition needs and initiatives.
Develop targeted recruitment strategies for key roles and the business units supported.
Actively source talent through creative inbound and outbound recruitment tactics. Build and bring bright new ideas and approaches to the attraction and hiring of talent.
Manage Vendasta's Employee Value Proposition and brand in partnership with our corporate marketing and communications team, through a strong talent market pulse.
Operational Impacts_
Lead the fullcycle recruitment process in alignment with Vendasta's Hiring Framework and Philosophy to meet the talent needs within the business.
Participate within community events, career fairs and networking opportunities as a means of driving our employer brand and tailored recruitment strategies.
Maintain consistent, standardized and efficient talent acquisition reporting and deliver on key metrics and OKRs to drive People Operations' worldclass benchmarks and KPIs.
Obtain a strong knowledge and understanding of Vendasta's immigration programs, to ensure best in class talent is hired, in partnership with third parties.

The value you'll bring

3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably with SaaS experience.
Prior experience using applicant tracking systems for fullcycle recruitment processes.
You must have a strong sense of initiative and urgency, as well as proven experience working in a fastpaced environment and agile environment.
Proven ability to recruit for a wide variety of positions in a global talent market.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Degree in business or human resources or equivalent experience will be considered.
