We are looking for a Junior Bookkeeper with experience. You must have confidence have a good knowledge of QuickBooks and or Sage 50.

Maintaining our books for the accountant ongoing throughout the year is a key part of this position.

Assuring that payments are made in a timely fashion, preparing CRA payroll and Canada life benefits along with RRSP and DPSP payments.

This position requires a professional attitude with attention to detail. Someone with at least two years experience.

Some invoicing will be involved along with telephone etiquette communicating with our suppliers and customers. Neat penmanship is required as we do write cheques and we do keep analysis pads. A good knowledge of Excel, Microsoft office and Word is necessary.

We are a small family run trucking company operating here in Winnipeg. We promote a friendly quiet relaxed office space. If you have a trucking background or are familiar with the trucking industry that would also be an asset.

Our starting wage for this position is $19.00 per hour but is negotiable according to experience. We offer a full benefit package after three months and a matched RRSP after six months.
