Description:

As a Social Worker I, you will be a member of a multi
- disciplinary team that provides mental health services to individuals, families and/or groups at a community based facility. You will be responsible for the initial screening of patients by gathering and documenting client information, basic assessment and providing support to clients and their families' short-term needs. You will liaise with and refer clients to appropriate community and government services and support, along with participating in case conferences and team meetings.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of diploma in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with complex youth and families considered an asset. Knowledge of community resources and AHS mental health services available within the Central Zone for child and families. Working in Connect Care is considered an asset.
