POSITION:
Dispatcher/Operations - Monday-Friday

LOCATION:
Kirkland, QC

START DATE:
Term commences as soon as possible

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate truck shipments with carriers
Determine best carrier rates
Set pick up/delivery appointments
Customer Service
Resolve client concerns relating to freight transportation
Verification of bills and charges

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bilingual;
Min 13+ years' experience in the freight industry
Capable of handling large volumes of work accurately;
Good organizational skills;
Excellent computer skills
Strong problemsolving ability;
Ability to work independently;
Be able to work effectively in a team environment;
Effective communication skills;
Ability to perform daily job functions in mature and professional manner.
