Department Overview
- The Project Analyst may participate in the delivery of a set of interrelated projects requiring an integrated and cohesive approach (i.e., program), while managing the program artifacts, compliance, and financial reporting. Ensures collaborative partnership with internal and external partners and or vendors.
- The Project Analyst ensures that all mandatory analysis, monitoring and reporting of EPDE required Governance artifacts and process are completed in addition to complex financial project analysis and management across multiple teams and business segments. Also key to this role is the ability to communicate with established stakeholders to monitor risks and project/program closure requirements are met and/or obtained for Audit purposes.

Business Banking Project Analyst, you will:
- Conduct complex analysis and provide financial reports or dashboards for the projects and/or portfolio
- Analyzes portfolio data and identifies trends as an input into future practice, reporting or process improvements.
- Monitors and coordinates information across many projects to create the integrated project schedule, track milestones and dependencies
- Supports project risk, issue, action, and decision management Facilitate and lead discussions between Control Partners and delivery team to ensure risks are being mitigated and addressed
- Exercise discretion in managing communication / correspondence, information, and all matters of confidentiality
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions
- Participate as a member of the team, support a positive work environment, and ensure timely communication
- Keep current on emerging trends / developments and grow knowledge of the business, related tools, and techniques
Job Requirements
- Expert knowledge of technical processes, procedures, tools and technologies and project management methodologies
- Knowledge of Business Banking business products, processes, policies and procedures, and the associated control environment
- Governance & Control experience within TD and experience with collaborating with Control Partners and project teams
- May operate as a workpackage lead and provide training and guidance to others on best practices, processes, and completion of business as usual activities
- Strong communications skills and organizational awareness to communicate difficult concepts, coordinate effectively with increasingly senior shareholders and integrate work with other areas
- Seasoned professional with over 5 years of relevant experience
- A dynamic leader with robust organizational and team management skills to work with a team and handle multiple priorities a fastpaced environment
- Typically reports to Project / Program/ Portfolio Management Office Leader
- Clarity financial and resource management experience
- Confluence, JIRA and MS Teams experience
